Used Food Grade Rinsed: A steel drum that has been rinsed that previously contained materials safe for human consumption.

Reconditioned: A steel drum that has been professionally sanitized and leak tested by a registered professional in order to adhere to DOT (Department of Transportation) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) standards.
